I don't know if this is the norm in other casinos as I've never noticed a dealer counting it before they sat down to deal their shift, but these guys made a project out of it. Each dealer had to count the rack in front of them which seemed to be a daunting task for most. I really was not pleased with playing 15 hands in 3 dealer shifts (1.5 hrs) The floor was called to my table about 100 times. Aside from the 2 dealers who were able to handle the game at a respectable speed, everyone else was horrible. Unfortunately I had to leave after 5 hours of play, but ended up winning $230. Very easy to push off hands, it was a good day for me. THese people were so atrociously bad, I've never seen more min raises preflop in my life, followed by a min bet on the flop.
THe poker room is very close to the entrance, so no long walks. 8 of the tables were 1/2 NL which I played. Mount Airy Casino opened it's table gaming today, including it's poker room.
